The Solar Charging Battery Case protects your 12v battery from the elements and keeps it charged so you can enjoy the convenience of using your Electric Winch Kit without worry about charging the battery. The 10-watt solar panel keeps the battery charge topped off between uses of the winch. The included charge control protects your battery from over-charging. Just set the battery case on the ground near your Shore Ramp in a place that gets at least a few hours of direct sunlight per day.
Depending on the available sunlight, slope of the shore, weight of the PWC, and frequency of usage, many installations can use a single battery and charging case for two winches.
