Mepilex® Border Flex Lite is constructed to absorb and retain wound fluid balancing and distributing drainage evenly to maximize fluid management and reduce swelling in the dressing. The dressing also has a dot pattern on the back to help monitor how much fluid it s absorbed and how the drainage has spread ** without disturbing the wound. Safetac® technology. Less damage.
