Usage Instructions
Prepare: Use once daily after thoroughly brushing and flossing your teeth, or as directed by your dentist.
Rinse: Swish approximately 1/8 oz (as indicated on the cap or bottle) vigorously between teeth for 1 minute, then expectorate (spit out).
Wait: For maximum fluoride uptake, do not eat, drink, or rinse your mouth for at least 30 minutes after use.
Safety: Do not swallow the liquid. Use in children under 6 years of age should be supervised by an adult.
